Julia St. Terminal

The Port of New Orleans is the center for international trade and the only deep-water port in the United States served by six, class one railroads. Ceres operates New Orleans Terminal LLC (NOT) in a joint venture with Container Marine Terminals LLC at the Napoleon Avenue Terminal. This is New Orleans’ modern terminal container facility that was the first to utilize computerized portals at the gate complex. NOT handles 165,000 containers per year and operates the on-dock rail terminal. We also provide container-chassis repair services, stripping/stuffing at our container freight station, grain transfer to containers from barge, rail and hopper trucks, as well as rail terminal services. Ceres Cruise operates at Erato and Julia Street Cruise Terminals handling Carnival Cruise Line, Norwegian Cruise Line, Royal Caribbean International, and Disney Cruise Line.
